LAMASUS at the SOILGUARD Final event

LAMASUS attended the final SOILGUARD event held on March 31st, 2025.

Hosted by the Forum for the Future of Agriculture and organized by the European Landowners’​ Organization and IUCN European Regional Office in Brussels, this event explored cutting-edge tools, policy integration strategies, and practical solutions for advancing soil biodiversity.

  • Tamás Krisztin, scientific coordinator of the LAMASUS project, took part in the panel discussion on soil biodiversity, future strategies for harmonization and challenges.
  • Tassos Haniotis, member of the LAMASUS Policy Advisory Board, gave a talk on linking soil monitoring and resilience to policy.
