Austrian report on Food Consumption

LAMASUS researcher Franz Sinabell was interviewed for the report on food consumption from the Austrian organisation that shows consumers how food is produced (Land Schafft Leben).

Franz Sinabell, an economist at WIFO, gave insights on food security (how to make sure that agricultural produce meets demands), price developments, sustainability and more.

Within the LAMASUS project, Franz leads WP1, Multilevel Stakeholder Dialogue and Innovative Governance Approaches.
